Hello,
I am a Chinese student who will arrive in Singapore on the around 15/01/2022. I saw the rental information of 362 Clementi Avenue 2 (120362) you posted on propertyguru. I am very interested. If nothing else, I really would like to rent this single room for one year.
Regarding housing information, may I confirm with you a few questions:
1.The rent is S$ 1000/month, I'd like to negotiate. May I ask what is the lowest price the landlord can accept?
2.The rent is S$ 1000/month, does it include utilities(Water, electricity, Internet, bills)? If it does not, how to charge this part of the fee?
3. Is there air conditioning? And is there an extra charge for air conditioning?
4. Are there any other tenants? If so, is female ? Could I confirm again whether it is a female environment
5. Is it possible to let my classmates in Singapore inspect the house offline?
